 With
its charming historical downtown, safe streets, strong sense of community,

Campbell was settled in 1851 by hay
farmer Benjamin Campbell, whose original 160 acres today comprise Campbell's
historic downtown. During the century that followed, the business of growing,
drying and packing prunes and apricots dominated the city's life. In 1952, Campbell
was incorporated, and Orchard City's orchards gave way to homes and retail centers.
Many of the city's landmarks, such as Water Tower Plaza and The Pruneyard shopping
center tip their hat to Campbell's proud agricultural heritage.

atmosphere characterize Los Altos which is located in the heart of world
famous Silicon Valley. Just 40 miles south of San Francisco, Los Altos is
a residential community served by seven small retail areas. The seven square mile

The primarily residential community of
Los Altos Hills is 8.4 square miles in area. The Town is distinctive because of
its rolling hills and picturesque valleys. Numerous creeks and densely
wooded areas provide pleasant visual diversity. The Town's location along
the edge of the Santa Clara Valley contributes to a mild climate, with only rare
extremes of temperature.
Incorporated in 1956, the Town of Los Altos Hills is a premier Silicon Valley
residential community located adjacent to the City of Los Altos, thirty-five miles
south of San Francisco, five miles south of Stanford University and seventeen miles
north of downtown San Jose. The advocates of incorporation were dedicated to the
"preservation of the rural atmosphere of the foothills and orderly and unhurried growth".
Numerous Silicon Valley executives
are residents of Los Altos Hills where the market value for unimproved building
sites is currently estimated at $2M per acre. The minimum lot size is one acre.
Many homes are large with such amenities as pools, sports courts and secondary
units. Residents are encouraged to become active in Town governance, serve on
Town committees and participate in local events.
Moreover, residents can avail themselves of the unique rural nature of Los Altos Hills
by using the extensive pathways system, enjoying the views, visiting the preserves and
meeting neighbors in the process.

Almost surrounded by San Jose, Campbell
is located close to Silicon Valley Industries and is home to many high tech
firms. At one time famous for its prunes, Campbell celebrates its heritage
with an annual Prune Festival and has named one of its major shopping malls “The
Prune Yard.”
One of Santa Clara County’s older suburbs, Campbell has many long-time
residents who know each other. A town prides itself on being sophisticated yet
retaining a small-town atmosphere.
Schools rank well above the 50th percentile
with some in the 90s. Community support is strong with at least two bonds having
been passed in recent years for improvements. Crime rates are low to average.
A more or less middle-class town, Campbell’s homes are mostly three bedroom.
There are many restaurants and plenty of shopping. The downtown has been nicely
upgraded and includes many small shops and coffee houses.
Residents enjoy a 30-acre community center with gyms, auditorium, track and
tennis, as well as a year-round pool and fourteen parks. There is a pleasant
bike trail along a local creek, which will take you into Los Gatos. Balmy Santa
Clara Valley with average temperatures add to the enjoyment with winter lows
around 50° and summer averages around 80°.

town of Los Gatos -- Spanish for "The Cats" -- gets its name from the wildcats
that frequented a small lake in the Los Gatos mountains.
Today, Los Gatos is one of Silicon Valley's most desirable communities, reflected
in the value of Los Gatos real estate and the quality of Los Gatos' shopping district.
The town is blessed with natural beauty, historic architecture, a strong civic culture

 Morgan
Hill is located in southern Santa Clara Valley, approximately 12 miles south of
San Jose, 10 miles north of Gilroy, and 15 miles inland from the Pacific Coast.
The Valley is approximately 4 miles wide and is surrounded by the Santa Cruz mountain
range to the west, and the Diablo mountain range to the east. Parks and open spaces
abound, helping Morgan Hill a charming, small town atmosphere.
Gilroy is best known as the "Garlic Capital of the World," and home of the annual
Garlic Festival in July. But the City is also known for its peaceful residential
environment, its award-winning parks, golf course and recreation programs, and for
its "urban forest," for which the City has won Tree City USA awards annually since 1979.
Gilroy is centrally located within a short driving distance of Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz,
the San Joaquin Valley, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

 Nestled
between the Santa Cruz Mountains and San Francisco Bay, Mountain View is located
in the heart of the Silicon Valley, just 10 miles north of San Jose and
35 miles south of San Francisco. The City is home to 72,200 residents and to many
nationally and internationally known corporations. The City enjoys an average
of 106 days of clear skies each year. Daytime temperatures are moderate, often
in the fifties and sixties in the winter and the seventies and eighties in the
summertime.
Once covered in orchards and vineyards, Mountain View began as a stagecoach stop and an
agricultural center for the lush Santa Clara Valley. The town was incorporated in 1902
with a population of fewer than 1,000 people. After World War II, The City's population
exploded with the growth of the electronic and aerospace industries.
Today, Mountain View is a modern,

Once an incorporated city in its own right,
Willow Glen is a part of San Jose that feels like a small town with its
own main street--Lincoln Avenue--surrounded by tree-lined neighborhoods of architecturally
distinctive single family homes, many of them Spanish-style homes built in
the 1920s and 1930s.
Located three miles southwest of downtown San Jose, Willow Glen is bordered by the
Guadalupe River, the Los Gatos Creek and Coe and Curtner Avenues.
The Lincoln Avenue downtown business district, located between Coe and Minnesota, is
lined with sidewalk cafes, Italian delis, home design stores and clothing boutiques.
Most Lincoln Avenue stores are still owner-operated and retail businesses. Willow Glen
